It's amazing how thrown off my routine got just from being away for 2 days! I'm still recovering. This weekend has been a busy one too! I'll tell you about it, but first let's talk about...
Tonight: We had Pasta Aglio E Olio with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Broccoli
Monday: 21 Day Fix Turkey Chili - leftovers frozen
Tuesday: Chicken Fajitas
Wednesday: 21 Day Fix Zuppa Toscana and steak for Hubs
Thursday: Hubs - Brats and pierogies (I'll have leftover fajitas)
Friday: Hubs - BLT's (I'll have leftover soup)

I'm starting another 21 day challenge tomorrow, I'll unofficially be following the 21 Day Fix program. What does that mean? I have no idea. I keep saying I'm done but my brain is now trained to think in terms of portioned containers and I can't quite let it go. For the next 21 days I'll be exercising daily and eating healthy...let's just go with that. If you didn't get a chance to read how my first round went, you can check out that post HERE.
Back to this weekend. This morning we met up with friends in Disney and went to the character breakfast at the Crystal Palace. First we met Mickey! Ella hasn't met any characters yet even though we've been to Disney a few times with her, so today was extra special! She was a little shy but very smiley. I had no clue what kind of reaction to expect! I'm just so glad she wasn't scared because we've been looking forward to this for weeks now!
We met up with our friends and their adorable son Sawyer. Oh, how I love that kid!
We did A LOT for only being in the park for about four hours. Ella had her first Enchanted Tiki Room, It's a Small World, Peter Pan, and Hundred Acre Wood experience! It was a day of firsts, she seemed to have a great day. Of course we didn't come home empty handed. Now she has her very own "Oh-Fah"!
I hope it was a great weekend for you all too!
Now back to our Dexter marathon!
(Obviously we aren't football fans over here.)
I love the picture of Ella with Eeyore. So cute. :)
