What's cooking this week & a weekend in So-Flo

We are still working on "Operation Eat Everything In The Freezer". I'm thinking after this week, the risk of a concussion will be diminished greatly! The freezer is almost safe again! I'm excited about this weeks meals, especially Thursday...I haven't made those stuffed peppers in a while! Tomorrows dinner should be interesting....if it is good I will share it! :)

Monday - Blackberry Turkey Brie Panini
Tuesday - Roast Chicken with Balsamic Bell Peppers and Polenta
Wednesday - Whole wheat pasta with Grandpa's Marinara and salad
Thursday - Turkey Stuffed Peppers
Friday - Skinny Italian Spinach Meatballs with leftover Grandpa's Marinara and salad

This weekend we drove down to South Florida for my cousins going away party! She is leaving in less than two weeks for Washington DC to start an internship at the Office of the Attorney General! We are SO proud of her! GO JEN!!! As usual, we had a great time with the family!
