Just got back from the most perfect birthday weekend getaway! Needless to say, I am exhausted...not doing much in the cooking department tonight AT ALL. It's not delivery...it's...well you know the rest. Whatevs, sometimes you just need a break! I will be back at it tomorrow though, here's what's on the menu:
Monday - Chicken Tortilla Soup
Tuesday - White House Turkey Lasagna
Wednesday - Creamy Artichoke Soup and steak for hubby
Thursday - Crock Pot Carnitas
Friday - Leftover turkey lasagna

Unfortunately, the weekend went WAY to fast! Spending the rest of my Sunday in "relaxation mode". I hope you all had great weekends too! :)
