What's cooking this week?

What is everyone up to on this fine Sunday? Hubs and I were supposed to get an early start so we can take Ella pumpkin picking. I've learned that planning ahead is useless. We do things on Ella's terms now, and she decided she didn't want to go back to sleep at 4:15! Thankfully my saint of a husband took her this morning so Mommy could get some sleep! So yea...I just woke up about an hour ago. We are going to get moving soon after this next feeding (hopefully). First let's talk about what's on the menu this week. I'm getting slightly more adventurous...

Sunday: Lemon Basil Fettuccini with Parmesan Sauce
Monday: Leftover Pulled Pork with Mallory's Crock Pot Baked Sweet Potatoes
Tuesday:  Lemon Shrimp Scampi Stir Fry
Wednesday: Christina's Crock Pot Salsa Chicken
Thursday: Pasta with Sunday Sauce (frozen)

I hope you all are having a great weekend. How could any weekend ever be bad when I get to spend it with this face? I tend to snap 1,000 pictures when I catch her smiling. Strangely enough this usually happens just before I change her diaper.
